You can purchase it at your nearest Samsung Electronics dealer.
Is Smart Caddie available without Internet connection?
Download a golf course in Wi-Fi environment before you visit the golf course.
The downloaded golf course is available free from Internet connection.
However, Internet connection is required if you want to sync your scorecard statistics to Golfwith server.
Therefore, after a golf rounding, please activate your Smart Caddie app with cellular or Wi-Fi data for data synchronization.  
How can I save my battery?
Batteries that are fully charged and partially charged have difference in the rate of its usage.
This is one of characteristics of battery.
For this reason, we recommend to use battery in fully charged status. Also, battery usage is mostly affected by the display condition.
So, we recommend to darken the screen of Gear S on cloudy days. 
How can I check my field records and statistics?
Try using Smart Caddie with Golfwith Golf Scorecard app.  
Golfwith Golf Scorecard synchronizes with Smart Caddie and also provides various statistics such as fairway hit, GIR and etc. 

The hole recognition is not working properly.
If Smart Caddie recognizes wrong hole, you can operate manually by turning the Gear's bezel.
And, please send us a golf course information that caused a problem.
We will make a thorough investigation on the course and solve it, for it may cause the same problem to other users.

Is Smart Caddie a paid service?
You can use every service that is provided by Smart Caddie for free, such as distance & elevation information.

GPS

It says it cannot find a GPS signal. How can I fix this.
It is difficult to get GPS signal in the inside and it gets influenced by the buildings around. If you are in the club house or indoor, please move to the field and try receiving GPS signal. 
If your GPS is still not working, please send a log through the pop-up display message. We will check the cause and reply you as soon as possible. 
During a golf round, the message saying that the GPS signal is weak appears frequently.
GPS satellite signal is affected by weather conditions. Especially, the cloudy weather might cause a weakness in signal. Generally, the weakness in signal symptom gets fixed up a moments later. If the problem keep occurring, please send a log data by clicking the pop-up message. We will check the cause and reply you as soon as possible. 
Distance accuracy is pretty much inaccurate.
The cloudy weather condition or poor satellite signal might affect the distance accuracy. If the poor satellite signal keep occurring, please send a log data by clicking pop-up message about signal information. We will check the cause and reply you as soon as possible.

If the distance accuracy problem consistently occurs in all holes, it may be a matter of setting the distance unit. Please check the distance unit in Settings and change it if needed. 

Tips

How can I change the hole manually?
You can change the hole manually by turning the Gear’s bezel.
How can I change right and left of the green?
Changing the green can only be possible in the holes that has the option for left and right.
In those holes, you can see the button for changing the green and are available to change it by selecting "L" or "R". 
How can I get the distance information that reflects the elevation difference on the golf course?
The golf course that doesn’t provide elevation information is the course that we haven’t collected the elevation info yet. We are keep updating the elevation information on all the golf courses that we have, but it will take some time to complete the update. 

If you request us the golf course that you’re planning to visit, we will update the golf course of your request.
